   Ball mill is the key equipment for crushing materials after being crushed. It is widely used in cement, silicate products, new building materials, refractory materials, fertilizers, black and non-ferrous metal beneficiation, and glass ceramics and other production industries to dry or wet grind various ores and other grindable materials.

After the grindability of the clinker deteriorated, the operator did not reduce the hourly output in time, which led to the gradual deterioration of the mill’s working conditions. The crushing capacity of one bin was significantly reduced, the material in and out was out of balance, and a large amount of unbroken clinker was clamped in the partition board. In the grate, the material in a bin cannot be discharged in time, and a large amount of material returned by the grinding head occurs.

When the control parameters of the mill current, the negative pressure of the mill and the temperature of the mill cement change, the reasons must be analyzed in time. At the initial stage of full milling, the output can be reduced by about 5 tons per hour for adjustment. If there is still no significant change within 10 minutes, It is necessary to stop the material, increase the ventilation of the mill, increase the speed of the powder separator, and increase the flow rate in the mill. If there is a large number of grinding heads returning, it means that the phenomenon of full grinding is serious.
  
  The solution is to open the valve of the main exhaust fan, increase the speed of the powder separator, reduce the valve opening of the main exhaust fan after 5 minutes, so that the clinker particles trapped in the grate can fall off, and then repeat. In the later occurrences of satiety, we use this method to solve the serious satiety phenomenon in only 20 minutes. It is worth noting that do not take measures to stop grinding when there is a more serious satiety phenomenon, as long as If the treatment method is proper, the phenomenon of full grinding will be resolved quickly. Once the grinding is stopped, the mill may not start up.
