Simple and everyone talks about measuring the crusher. For the crushing effect, the concept of crushing ratio is usually used. The crushing ratio of the crusher is the ratio of the particle size of the raw material to the accuracy of the product after the crushing, and it indicates the degree of reduction of the raw material after the crushing. The calculation of the crush ratio has the following three methods:

The ratio of the maximum particle size of the material before crushing to the maximum particle size of the crushed product is calculated as imax in the formula i=Dmax/dmax, the maximum particle size of the material before crushing, and dmax, the maximum particle size of the material after crushing. Due to the different habits of countries, the method of maximum granularity is different. Anglo-American has the maximum particle size diameter of 80% of the material that can pass through the sieve hole. The mesh width of 95% of the material that can pass through the mesh in China and the former Soviet Union is the diameter of the largest particle size.

The ratio of the effective width of the feed opening of the crusher to the width of the discharge opening i=0.85B/b type B—the width of the feed opening of the crusher; b—the crusher <the width of the discharge opening; 0.85-guarantee broken The machine bites the effective width of the material. The width of the discharge opening is taken as the maximum discharge opening width of the coarse crusher; the minimum discharge opening width is taken by the middle crusher.

It is convenient to calculate the crushing ratio by this formula, because it is impossible to perform screening analysis on a large batch of materials frequently in production, but with this formula, as long as the feed opening and the discharge opening width of the crusher are known, the crushing ratio can be calculated. It is worth pointing out that some crushers and their discharge size are not determined by the size of the discharge opening.

The average particle size is used to calculate the average diameter of Dcp in the i=Dcp/dcp formula, and the average diameter of the material after crushing. The fracture ratio obtained by this method can reflect the degree of fracture more realistically, so it is often used in theoretical research.
