   1. No powder or little powder, low output

   Reasons: (1) The powder locker is not adjusted properly, the seal is not tight, and the suction is reversed; (2) The blade is worn out and the material cannot be shoveled.

  Removal method: (1) Check and adjust the powder locker, and seal it well to block the leaks found; (2) Replace the blade with a new one.

  2. The host current rises, the machine temperature rises, and the fan current drops

   Reasons: the feed rate is too large, the air duct is blocked by pulverized materials, the pipe exhaust is not smooth, the circulating airflow heats up, so that the current of the main machine and the temperature of the machine increase, and the current of the fan decreases.

  Removal method: (1) Reduce the feed volume and remove the dust accumulation in the air duct; (2) Open the large excess air pipe valve, and control the humidity of the incoming material below 6%.

  3, the product size is too coarse or too fine

   Reasons: (1) The blades of the analyzer are severely worn and can not be used for classification; (2) The air volume of the fan is inappropriate.

  Removal methods: (1) Replace the blades and turn off the fan appropriately. The air volume can solve the problem of excessively thick air; (2) If the air volume is too thin, the inlet air volume should be increased.

  4, fan vibration

   Reasons: (1) powder accumulation or unbalanced wear on the blades; (2) loosening of anchor bolts.

  Removal method: (1) Clear the powder accumulation on the blade or replace the blade; (2) Tighten the anchor bolts.

   5. The host is noisy and vibrates

Causes: (1) The feed amount is small or the main machine and the transmission device are not on the same axis, there is no gap between the two couplings, and the anchor bolts are loose; (2) The material is hard and has a large impact, or there is no material layer; (3) Grinding roller The grinding ring is out of round and deformed seriously.

  Removal method: (1) Adjust the feed rate, correct the coaxiality, adjust the gap between the two couplings; (2) Reduce the feed size; (3) Replace the grinding roller and grinding ring.

  6, transmission device and analysis engine oil tank heat up

   Reasons: The oil viscosity is too thick and the threaded pump oil can’t get up, causing the upper bearing to run out of oil.

  Removal method: (1) Check whether the brand and viscosity of the oil meet the requirements; (2) Check the running direction of the analyzer.

  7, the powder feeding bearing of the grinding roller device is easy to be damaged

   Reasons: (1) Oil cut or damage to the sealing ring; (2) Long-term lack of maintenance and cleaning.

  Removal method: (1) Refuel in time according to the stipulated time; (2) Regularly clean and replace the oil seal.
