Proper use and maintenance is crucial for the performance of an impact breaker, and improper use and maintenance will damage the crusher equipment, cause failure and reduce the production efficiency and product quality of the crusher machine. To maintain the operating condition of  impact crusher machine, we should pay attention the following aspects when using this crushing machine:

(1) A mini impact crusher should be started with empty load, otherwise, the load of the motor will be increased, which may cause over high starting current and even break down the motor. If the mini impact crusher has dual rotors, they should be started separately grinding machine, first start the second-level rotor and then start the first-level rotor.

(2) The feeding amount should be even along the length direction of the rotor, which may otherwise accelerate the concentrated wear of the plate hammer and impact plate and reduce the production capacity of the crusher machine. As mini impact crusher is a machine rotating with high speed, the feeder machine equipped should be able to feed continuously.

(3) The operators should not open the observe door the check inside the machine in the running process of the machine, and they should stay away from the feeding mouth to avoid injury caused by materials that fly out of the crushing chamber.

(4) When a impact breaker is installed and run or adjust the impact plate for the first time, check whether the running parts get stuck or collide with each other, and it can only be put into production after everything is normal. In the running process, it is forbidden to adjust the impact plate to avoid accidents.

(5) When the machine is running, pay attention to the temperature rise of the main bearing of the rotor. If the temperature rise is higher than the stipulated value, immediately stop and check it. If there is obvious vibration, immediately stop and find out the reason.
