The role of hydraulic system of hydraulic cone crusher

The role of hydraulic cone crusher hydraulic system can be roughly divided into three aspects, as follows:

  1. Discharge opening adjustment
    During normal operation, the hydraulic oil pump is used to inject or discharge oil into the main shaft cylinder to move the main shaft up or down, reduce or increase the distance between the rolling mortar wall and the broken wall, and adjust the size of the discharge port.
  2. Ironing and clear cavity
    When an unbreakable foreign matter passes through the crushing chamber or the machine is overloaded for some reason, the hydraulic safety system realizes insurance. Hydraulic oil is injected into the accumulator, the main shaft falls, the discharge port is enlarged, the foreign matter is discharged from the crushing chamber, and the accumulator discharges the oil. Press back and the crusher operates normally. If foreign matter is stuck in the discharge port, the cavity cleaning system can be used to further enlarge the discharge port and discharge the foreign matter out of the crushing cavity. Under the action of the hydraulic system, the discharge port is automatically reset and the machine resumes normal operation.
  3. Lock
    Lock the fixed cone on the adjusting ring to prevent the fixed cone from rotating when the mine is broken. Lift up the locking ring and adjust the positioning bolt on the ring to control the lifting distance.
